I requested an inspection of the furnace in a house I recently purchased and I was absolutely delighted in my experience from initial scheduling all the way to conclusion of the service call. My furnace is located in the crawl space of a house built in 1957, a bit problematic for inspection and maintenance. The Service Tech from Scott's (Cody) was prompt, professional, and performed the job to what I consider an exceptional level. The charges were quite reasonable and all my additional questions were answered knowledgably as well.
